DYBVIK started our production of klipfish already in 1923 and today we are third generation klipfish producers running the business. We are three brothers following our harts, our passion and our childhood’s impressions, smells and tastes evolving from our work together with our parents and grand parents with production of this seafood delicacy.
Our care and our passion for our bacalao has encouraged us to give our product a more modern and meaningful design giving our consumers more help in choosing the right quality depending which course you want to make. Also for the products that are not already desalted you will find detailed instruction about desalting the klipfish to get the best result for your meal.
